Interesting news on napster. An appeals court overturned the ruling that napster was required to have 100% filtering in place. However, the new napster is abandoning the mp3 format for a proprietary format. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot! Why does the recording industry think users are going to give up a popular file format for one that has less features from a consumer viewpoint?

Cortney had to run errands and go workout at the gym, so I watched Sean for the entire evening. I took him in the pool, where he spent most of the time playing with the pool thermometer. I suppose only another toddler would understand why the pool thermometer was so fascinating.
