September 22, 2001 on 9:22 pm | In Main |Today is Cortney’s 33rd birthday, and Sean’s 19 month birthday. To celebrate, Cortney got to go out shopping as long as she wanted while I watched Sean. Cortney also chose the restaurant where we went out to dinner. She chose the cheesecake factory. I don’t know why she likes that restaurant, as she doesn’t like cheesecake. But, we all had a good time anyway.
Sean really likes to run. After a fairly long car ride to dinner, and sitting through dinner in a high chair, he was really tired of being restrained. Cortney wanted to go into crate & barrel, which was next door to the cheesecake factory, so we stopped in. We didn’t have the stroller, so I had to carry Sean. When I put Sean down, he charged through the store. He looks really cute when he runs. His feet still shuffle a bit, and he waves his arms around in the air. He managed to run through most of the store, and somehow, I was able to keep him from breaking anything. He slept on the way home.
