Fox News, always ready to pour salt in CNN’s wounds, points out that AOL Time Warner has decided that Speedy Gonzalez is too racially offensive for the cartoon network channel. I was amazed to hear about this, as the cartoon was one of my favorites while growing up as a kid. Note that this isn’t censorship, just a dumb business decision. But don’t worry, you can still catch it on the hispanic cartoon network. It turns out that the cartoon is very popular in Latin America.
