March 30, 2002 on 7:05 pm | In Main |Sean and I went hiking this morning. We went on the trail with the highest peak, even though it is one of the shortest trails. For an extra challenge, I went over the part that climbs up and down the peak twice. I almost did it three times. On the way down the second time, I heard a yell from one of the hikers that I had passed. Sean had managed to kick off one of his shoes, leaving it on the trail. I walked back up to meet the hiker half way to pick up the shoe. If the shoe hadn’t been found, I would have to go over the trail again.
