I was proud of Sean this evening. I took both Sean and Ethan to soccer practice to give Cortney a break. Since I would have to keep an eye on Ethan, I knew there wasn’t much I could do if Sean did not want to practice. So, on the car ride over, I told Sean that if he listened to the coach, and did all of the drills, I would take him to the playground afterwards. The talk seemed to have worked. I was really impressed with not only Sean’s good behavior, but the fact they he worked hard in practice. After the practice was over, the coach thanked Sean for the good practice, and even asked me if I had been working with Sean between practices. Of course, I rewarded Sean with the trip to the playground. Now if I can just get Sean to do this during the game on Saturday!
