October 30, 2003 on 8:57 pm | In Main |I took time off of work to go to Sean’s halloween party at pre-school today. Sean was dressed up as the same character as the teacher — Bob the Builder. Unfortunately, they cancelled the big costume parade because the students weren’t allowed outside due to the smoke (from the California fires). Instead, the costumed students as well as the parents and teachers toured several classrooms. I was interested to see how Sean did in the school setting. I was surprised to see how shy Sean was in the classroom. He is much more assertive when he is at home, or playing with his friends in his playgroup. Still, Sean seems to enjoy himself at school. The experience was worth taking the time off of work.
