November 28, 2003 on 10:35 pm | In Main |Ethan did something interesting today. He climbed into the high chair! He made it all the way, and turned around, but he had both legs on one side of the chair. This happened around 11:00 am, a bit earlier than I had planned to eat lunch, but I figured Ethan did that because he was hungry. So, I went ahead and gave him lunch. I think Ethan will be a late talker, just like Sean. My reason for this is that Ethan is so effective with non-verbal communication. For example, if he wants you to read him a book, he picks it up and gives it to you. If you are sitting on the couch, he actually climbs up next to you first. I’m not worried about this, because Ethan clearly understands us when we talk to him.
