A Trip to the Farm
October 23, 2004 on 9:47 pm | In Main |Today, we went to visit a farm. It was a bit of drive, but there was lots of activities at this farm. Sean and Ethan had a blast. Sean and Ethan both went on the rides, and had fun in the play areas. We also did the corn maze, pumpkin patch, and petting zoo.
In fact, they had such a good time that they wore themselves out. We arrived when they opened at 10:00 AM, and left in the middle of the afternoon. Ethan fell asleep shortly after we drove away. When we arrived home, I asked Ethan if he wanted to lie down in the crib, and he said yes. I woke him up around dinner time, but he was real groggy and cranky. Sean wasn’t too bad, but I could tell he was tired. I had to put up with two fussy kids until it was time for bed. In the end, though, I think it was worth it.
