Celebration Dinner
October 28, 2004 on 7:55 pm | In Main |I took Cortney and the kids out to dinner this evening to celebrate. We went to the Cheesecake Factory, which is usually out of our price range for dinner. The cause for the celebration is my promotion, raise, and transfer to a leadership development group. I was just given the offer today, which I immediately accepted. I will start the new job after two weeks to allow for time to clean up the responsibilities with my current assignment. This is a big career opportunity for me, and I am excited and nervous at the same time.
