Monovision
January 2, 2008 on 8:04 pm | In Main |The first work day of the year wasn’t too bad, and a short break to get an eye exam made it even easier.
The eye doctor has me experimenting with monovision. This is where one eye (my right one) is focusing on long distance, and the other (my left) if focusing on near images. The main reason for this it to accommodate presbyopia, which I am starting to get.
So far, it doesn’t seem to be too bad. My long distance vision isn’t as sharp, but it is much easier to switch focus from near to long distance.
